The victims of the natural disaster utilize the abundant debris from damaged buildings on the site along with the Truss-Ties. For instance, wood members can be used for structures inside the shelter, and after building them, any flat material or fabrics such as panels, doors, blankets, or curtains can be used for walls and ceilings to cover up the structures. This reduces the time that it takes to deliver and build a shelter, decreasing the cost and the weight of the material of the shelter. It is a practical way to resolve problems realistically.
